In a nutshell . . .

For a quoted fee*, SDS Design will produce the site specific drawings for council.

Step 4:
You are ready to apply for a Building Consent which will be lodged on your behalf.

You get a full set of quantifiable plans to build a rectangular building, with many alternative floor plans associated with the module you choose. They contain the following details: Foundation Details, Roof Framing Details, Bracing details, Architectural Cross-sections and detailing, Elevations, everything you need to enable a quote by contractors, to ensure you can afford the project, prior to committing to us to draw your project for building consent.

It is very simple - Use the plans to get a building "take off" from your local supplier - (GaraPlan recommends "Placemakers"), and also a local builder to estimate the project cost (GaraPlan recommends Registered Master Builders) and you will be able to identify a project cost to help you budget for the building work.

The GaraPlan Module(s) will be sent in an A4 Envelope and will be printed on A3, Doublesided, Copywritten Red Robin 80gsm paper, stapled as a booklet and will include a descriptive brochure.
