Purchase the complete set of (building) plans.
Step 3:
For a set fee*, purchase the Site and Drainage Layout drawings. We will also modify the plans as required!
Step 4:
You are ready to apply for a Building Consent!
* Typically $300 ~ $600 (excl GST) - in the greater Auckland region
You get a full set of plans of the module of your choice posted direct to you. They contain the following details: Foundation Details, Roof Framing Details, Bracing details (up to high wind zone), Architectural Cross-sections and detailing, Elevations, and of course - a multitude of alternative floor lay-outs to work in conjunction with the generic details provided.
You can select a plan and use the details to quantify your project or even use the drawings to get a Full Quote from your local timber merchant. This is of extreme value as for a minimal outlay, you will know where your project will take your finances, before you make that commitment. If and when you would actually like to achieve a Building Consent (Stage 2) we will credit the same amount against your final plan cost.
The GaraPlan Module(s) will be sent in a Brown Foolscap Envelope and will be printed on A3, Doublesided, Copywritten Red Robin 80gsm paper, stapled as a booklet and will include a descriptive brochure.
