Building can be very stressful! Most people are busy working and don't have the luxury of "time" to visit a design professional, wait for a proposal, go through the process of permits, find contractors, etc. Each stage has it's own pitfalls and delays, adding to the costs and increasing the risk.GaraPlans take the hassle out of that process altogether.
GaraPlans allow you to consider location and layout options without waiting for a new set of plans to be drawn. You can choose your plan in your own time, maybe at home with your family, without any pressure. Once you have settled on the GaraPlan Option that best fits your site and budget, you have a multitude of floorplans with options to create different types of buildings. For example, GaraBach, has 27 alternatives Floor Lay-outs – all for one low cost!
When you have chosen a GaraPlan Floor Layout, we can initiate Stage two of the process. This entails a full site measure and site levelling survey on the designated lot. Once the site & drainage design work is completed, we will also convert the GaraPlans to a dedicated version of your chosen floor lay-out.
While permit issue is being processed you can use your GaraPlans to engage contractors for estimates, material take-offs or fixed price quotations. As the GaraPlan building details are pre-approved you can be confident that all items and material quantities are known and you can expect that permits will be issued in around half the usual time. Once you have a Building Permit you can commence construction.
If you are a Builder / Developer you may be planning a subdivision for one or more dwellings, with GaraPlan you will only pay a single plan fee! Builders can discuss a proposal with a client on site using pre-approved plans!
Builders can use the GaraPlans to establish a preliminary design, add any alterations with the Scheme Plan and submit for consent.
The Drawings are Guaranteed. If your set is lost or damaged, we will just replace them free!
