The drawings are so comprehensively detailed that a builder can give you an accurate quote for you to budget on before you commence construction.
Thirdly: The final cost of the Working Drawings (Stage 1 and 2) is about half of the normal charges through our office and in direct competition to the "Cowboy Architects" who charge similar fees for a much more inferior product.
