IF A GARAPLAN IS PRESENTED FOR BUILDING CONSENT WITH A SITE PLAN & DRAINAGE ETC NOT DRAWN BY SDS DESIGN LTD, WE CAN TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SUITABILITY OR SUCCESS OF THE APPLICATION.
The GaraPlan drawings are designed in a manner which enables them to be Pre-approved by "COMPASS BUILDING CERTIFIERS LTD" ((09) 262-2201). This ensures that your certification fees can be kept to a minimum.
