GaraPlans are always engineered to meet the more stringent "Indefinite, but not less than 50 years" Intended Life option in the NZ Building Code. All our framing is 100x50 - we do not use the less rigid 75x50 now standard in most cheap buildings, it is prone to warping and more time consuming to build with!
